Counter Service is a sandwich shop riffing on the culinary culture of NYC and putting it on bread. Good bread. Just about everything is made in house. We roast our own meats. We bake our own desserts. We make our own sauces. We found a guy in New Jersey who makes the perfect sandwich pickle. So we get those from him. Everything else is all us.
