We’re open 10 AM to 8 PM everyday. Find us in Manhattan (UES, NoHo, 14th Street, PAS, Times Square), Brooklyn (Williamsburg), and Union City, New Jersey. Come hungry.

Sort of. Breakfast sandwiches are available whenever we are. That’s 10am - 8pm everyday. We take soft scrambled eggs, chive mayo, crispy potatoes, melty cheese, and put them on our real good bread. You can add bacon, garlic sausage, broccoli rabe, or slow-roasted beef. Your call.

Absolutely. Download the Counter Service app or order directly through our website. We can deliver to all of Manhattan, some of Brooklyn, and some spots in New Jersey. We package everything so your hot sandwich stays hot and your bread is still perfect by the time it hits your door.
The most-ordered sandwiches are The Smokeshow (house-smoked brisket, horseradish cream, pickled onions on seeded rye), the Chicken Club (crispy fried chicken, house-cured bacon, CS mayo on brioche), and The Diplomat (house-roasted turkey, aged provolone, roasted red peppers, lemon aioli on ciabatta).

Our bread is made with bread stuff, that’s flour, water, yeast, malt, and salt. Just five ingredients because that’s how bread is supposed to be made. And we believe that you can taste the difference.
Our menus are chef-driven and designed to taste exactly how the chefs intended. We highly recommend eating them the way we built them. That said, if you have a dietary restriction or allergy or strong preference you can make modifications to each individual sandwich. We love meat, but we love vegetables too. Try The Gigante it’s got slow-cooked rainbow chard, kale, white beans, aged parm, fontina, provolone, and banana peppers. We also have the BVS (Best Veggie Sandwich) featuring our marinated broccoli rabe, with mushrooms, peppers, and onions topped with a spicy horseradish vinaigrette.
Our favorite thing to do is put things on bread, but we do also offer some things that we think go great with sandwiches like our Dill Pickle Potato Salad and our Marinated Broccoli Rabe sides. For snacks, we offer Hal’s potato chips since they’re a great New York brand like us. We also highly recommend getting a pickle to go with your sandwich. And for sweets, we feature our Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie which is baked fresh daily and our Sweet and Spicy Broken Pretzels. It’s not a long list, but it’s a list that we’ve put a lot of love into.
We slow-roast our chicken to keep it incredibly juicy, then it’s shredded before it goes on your sandwich. Whether it’s the Smokeshow, the Green Goddess, or the Chicken Caesar, you’re getting real, pull-apart roasted chicken, not a processed patty.
Our take on a classic roast beef sandwich, elevated. We slow-roast premium beef until it’s incredibly tender, slice it thin, and pile it onto our bread with aged white cheddar, fresh watercress, and horseradish vinaigrette. It’s the OG Counter Service sandwich and still a fan fave.
Because they’re baked fresh everyday. If we baked the cookie yesterday we’re not going to sell it to you. Our chef’s spent more time on this Brown Butter Chocolate Chip cookie than maybe any other recipe careers and you can taste that. Plus, they added some tahini (sesame paste) to make the flavor richer and top them with flaky salt for good measure!
